The world of Catering is in a bit of an upheaval right now and we are rolling with the punches here at Chef Mario's.
What exactly does that mean?
Well, to us it means we respect the increased safety and sanitation measures that are required at this time and look for ways to keep doing what we do best, which is making delicious food for our clients.
We are having to adjust our staffing, scheduling, delivery options, set-ups, pricing, and pretty much everything! Please read below to see how our main business lines will be changing temporarily.
Personal Chef Delivery Service
Our Personal Chef service has become our mainstay now that the Corporate Catering and Private Catering Opportunities have shifted and no longer offer many opportunities for us. Personal Chef is where Chef Mario got his start so many years ago and something he has done as part of his business ever since! So, it was an easy transition!
We started an on-line ordering platform available on our Website (see above) that gives clients the opportunity to order from a weekly menu in quantities of their choosing. We offer delivery service for orders over $79 and a discount if you choose to Pick up the meals from our kitchen!
Corporate Catering
Our Corporate Catering will continue, but will be limited at this time. We will be working first with our Premier Clients (who have been with us for years.) And, then will open up catering options for new clients as time passes.
Options are limited to Individually packaged meals at this time. We do have both Hot and Cold options. Pricing has changed with these new guidelines and with the increase in food prices we are experiencing and with the increased packaging required for the individually portioned meals.
Private Catering
Private Catering will also be limited, but we will take inquiries on a one-off basis.

From Corporate lunches to Private Hors d'oeuvres events and Personal Chef delivery services, we are here to make any Catering event a delicious and beautiful pleasure.
Our services include (but are not limited to!) Corporate Catering, Personal Chef Meal Delivery Services, Team-Building Cooking Classes, Private Events, and Chef Mario's Wycliff Café. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo-Friendly items are available upon request!

We employ a one-ingredient approach to our cooking, meaning we use fresh, natural ingredients and avoid most canned and jarred sauces, box mixes, and prepared frozen foods. This approach provides a delicious variety of food and flavor that is naturally free of most additives, preservatives, fillers, and ingredients you can’t pronounce!
